A Brief History
Bolivia lies in the middle area of South America where the Andes Mountains stretch through the better part of the country. The semitropical Yungas region consists of a band of forests connecting along the slopes of the Andes. Bolivia, originally known as a lesser growing region, has started to make a new name for itself by heightening their standards of growing. The land is prime for high quality coffee production, but lacks in infrastructure to capitalize in the market.
A Taste of Bolivia
New production methods that include building nurseries and greenhouses helps the farmers analyze the soil for potential coffee leaf rust, while carefully caring for seeds. Organic fertilizers and compost helps maintain current harvestm while also improving for future harvests. *Good soil is the backbone for great coffee.
