Dawn Patrol by Domestique
Why Domestique?
Founding Principles
Domestique: a road bicycle racer who works for the benefit of his team and team leader.
In French, the word "domestique" translates to "servant". In bicycle racing, domestiques bring water and food from team cars as well as shield their teammates from opponents and strong head winds.
Domestique Coffee is built on the idea of serving our customers and helping them win their “race” on a daily basis.

Where to Find Domestique
Our story starts in Haiti in 2013, where founders, Nathan and Michael, biked across the country to film a documentary. When launching Domestique, they knew the Caribbean Jewel was the perfect place to source their first beans.
We now source from several countries while continuously testing small batches from the other hidden jewels around the world. You can find our coffee in several restaurants and stores across the southeast, or have it delivered to your doorstep, nationwide.
Dye mon, gen mon.
Beyond the mountains, more mountains.
Since our adventure to the Caribbean Jewel in 2013 our hearts have been captured by Haiti. The beauty of its landscape and culture is manifested in its warm people, and even more so by its incredible coffee. When we started this company we knew we had to play a part in growing the industry for the country, and so far we’ve focused on sourcing the best the country has to offer.
15% of every Haitian coffee purchase will be donated to relief efforts in Haiti.
